Entry and Registration

What time is registration?

When do entries close?
Online Entries will close on Thursday 7th April at 3:00pm. If you don't make that finish line or a friend twists your arm to enter after the online entries close you can enter at the pre-event registration during the aforementioned times.

Can I register for other people?
That's not a problem, you just need to know the names of the people you're registering for.

Why do I need to attend the event registration, I've already registered online?
You will need to collect your goodie-bag, race number, timing transponder.  This is also a great time for trouble shoot with the awesome and friendly staff.

Do I need to bring my e-ticket confirmation with me to the event registration?
No, you just need to remember you name but if you'd like to bring your paper trail that's not a problem.

Event Base

What food and drink is available on event day?

There are no pre ordered meals. However the Colville School will be selling the following quality food at reasonable prices:

  • Quality barista made coffee and hot drinks

  • Ice blocks
  • Sausage sizzle
  • Steak & onion sandwiches

Coffee will be available on Friday night at registration. All other food (and coffee) will be available from 10:30am on Saturday.

The Colville School receives all profits from food and drinks, so please support them.

Do I need to bring cash or will EFTPOS be available?
Some facilities will have EFTPOS available and others won't. Network reception can be sporadic so it would pay to bring some cash.
